We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods as displayed at checkout. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party payment processors.
Payment is due in full at the time of service registration unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. For multi-session packages, full payment is required before the first session unless a payment plan has been approved.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge late fees of $25 or 1.5% per month (whichever is greater) on overdue balances.
Once you register for services, we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your first session. Sessions must be scheduled at mutually agreed-upon times.
You may reschedule any session with at least 24 hours advance notice without penalty. Rescheduling requests can be made by phone or email. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred alternative times.
If you need to cancel a scheduled session with less than 24 hours notice, the session may be forfeited or a rescheduling fee may apply. Please see our Refund Policy for information about package cancellations.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to instructor illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
